The villa has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with underfloor heating and a private terrace with furniture for relaxation. All three bedroom have a separate exit. Separate laundry room with washer / dryer, ironing board and safe, where you can store personal documents. Large living room with open kitchen, divided into two zones: dining room and relaxation area. From the living room there is access to a barbecue area with a dining table. Large private pool: Balinese bed, sun loungers with parasols. Air conditioning with hot and cold air, fast Wi-Fi, IPTV TV. Before entering the farm, the doors open with an electric remote control. This entrance is shared with the neighboring villa, which is located separately behind the fence, so these two houses are completely isolated from each other. In front of the villa there is an open parking space for 3 cars.

The villa is located 900 meters from the beach. It is exactly 13 minutes walk. Right on the beach there is one restaurant. From that point there are 2 more restaurants 5 min. walk: one on your right, another on your left. The nearest Beach Club is Puro Beach where you will also find Laguna Village shopping center and vaious posh restaurants. You are actually in-between 2 main points Puerto Banus (15 minutes drive) and Estepona 10 minutes drive.
Getting around
The bus stop to Estepona is 800 meters away. If you cross the bridge there is a bus stop to Marbella direction. A car is recommended though.
