GROUND FLOOR: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite, fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden, spacious living room and the hallway. There is separate laundry & utility room behind the house. From the kitchen there is access to the covered terrace with a table and comfortable chairs. There is a big swimming pool with different color lightnings for evenings. In the barbecue area there is a thatched Gazebo with a big dining table for 8 people to enjoy dining by the pool. In front of the table there is barbecue and a bar. By the main entrance there is a huge garden with lemon, and orange trees.
TOP FLOOR: Spacious master bedroom with Jacuzzi inside, dressing room, one big terrace with garden and mountains views and one balcony with open garden and sea views.
